If all goes to plan, we’re going to visit Waterton Lakes National Park this weekend for a bit of a nature reprieve. I wonder what it looks like now after the Kenow Wildfire that swept through the area last year? From what I hear from culinarians is that the conditions are great to forage for morel mushrooms…though don’t expect me to come back with any!
