Hello, I’m Jonathan.

The world keeps changing what it’s made of—first the web, then everything on it, and now AI. I’ve spent twenty-five years helping people through those changes: as a web designer, as a customer experience engineer, and mostly as the person who stays calm when something new stops making sense.

For over seventeen of those years, I led web design for Lethbridge Polytechnic, helping students find their way to whatever came next. Nearly eight more were at Automattic, supporting WordPress.com and WooCommerce customers and building more than a thousand websites for people with an idea and a deadline. Different chapters, same job: making the web feel human.
